In this class we will talk about a handful of herbs that can help boost your libido through circulation, stress reduction and tonics. We will be tasting teas & aphrodisiac elixirs and you will get recipes to take home with you.
All are welcome regardless of their herbal knowledge but please note that in this class we will only cover a handful of herbs - taking Herbal Medicine 101, or another class that covers herbalism basics could be helpful in conjunction so that you have a better understanding of herbal preparation and properties of herbs but it is not necessary.
