Acupressure & Herbs for Stress & Anxiety

In this busy life we lead, it is very common to feel stress & anxiety. Now more than ever, due to this global pandemic, many of us are experiencing varying degrees of stressors and many of us are stuck at home! How do we begin to manage this? Herbal medicine and acupressure are two amazing modalities to calm and pivot the nervous system for immediate relief. We will talk about a handful of herbs like California Poppy, Lemon Balm and Passionflower and talk about different ways of taking herbs like teas, tinctures, flower essences and more. I will lead you through a series of acupressure points that you can teach to your loved ones or just apply for yourself! If you have questions about some things you have at home that you may be able to use, we can discuss that also during Q&A and I will have a resource list for you of places you may be able to purchase things.
