Traditional Chinese medicine has been used for generation after generation, and has such a wise and beautiful system of creating herbal formulas and diagnosing illnesses. In this class, we will discuss some core Chinese medicine principles such as Qi, Blood, Yin & Yang. From an herbal perspective we will look at the 8 principles of diagnosis, categories of Chinese herbs, and we will also discuss a handful of Chinese herbs and formulas. I will also give you some reference material to help further your studies!
