Holistic esthetician Vanessa will discuss key products and ingredients for the skin, as well as how - and when - to use them and why. She will also cover how long products last, so you know when to clean out your skin care cabinet. Acupuncturist & herbalist Angela will talk about external tools to support skin health (how to use them and why) such as gua sha, dermarollers, facial massage and cosmetic acupuncture. This workshop will also touch on the importance of mindset around your skin, how your skin is a window to your spirit, and how you can use this to further your skin care journey towards optimal skin health.
