In the busy city life we lead, stress and anxiety can sneak up on us in ways we don’t realize! Herbal medicine can give us wonderful tools to help us cope with emotional, physical and environmental stressors. Come learn a handful of herbs to help you feel calm, centered, and more relaxed. In this class we will try some of these herbs in different forms (teas & tinctures), practice some breathing techniques with essential oils, and each make a tincture to take home to suit our needs.
