Have you heard of communicating with plants and curious where to begin? There are many forms of thought around plant spirit medicine and communicating with plants. Many can feel like they don’t know where to begin to deepen their relationship with plants and there are simple ways in which you can do this. In this class I will share some ways in which I began to communicate and deepen my relationship with plants through awareness, meditation, singing, offerings, tea and flower essences. Weather permitting, I would like us to venture outside. Class will be lecture with some tea and flower essence tasting.
