Chinese medicine teaches us how to live in harmony with the seasons. If we live and eat by the seasonal changes we can create more balance between our bodies and our external environment. During this class we will talk about specific Chinese foods & recipes that can better prepare you for fall and winter that include nourishing broths and herbs and we will talk a bit about Chinese dietary therapy. You’ll leave with some recipes and ideas for the months ahead, and maybe see some foods and herbs you’ve never seen before but can easily find locally! Class is $12 - register below!
